Book your initial consultation with me free of charge. This will help you to understand what hypnotherapy is and what it can do to help you and it also helps me to get to know you. No hypnosis is included in this session but I will send you a free recording for you to listen to at home.
If you book a block of 6 sessions it’s £350. 6 sessions for the price of 5!
For smoking cessation which also includes vaping, only one session is required. This session will be for two hours
Between 8-12 sessions sometimes more, are usually required for generalised anxiety, depression and other mental health and physical health issues but this can be discussed in the initial consultation.
Hypnotherapy with Emma Jane cannot diagnose, prevent or cure any physical or mental illness and it would be unethical to make this claim. However I can help to assist individuals that are struggling with such issues and help them to cope with these better. Results will vary depending on the individual. Individuals that are committed and engage in the process are more likely to be the most successful. We will make a plan in the initial consultation to help you to achieve your goals and work together towards getting you back!
