I had several sessions with Emma. Emma was a good listener and had a very calm positive approach. I originally had hypnotherapy for pain relief as I have general pain. Having therapy with Emma I realised that a lot of pain stemmed from anxiety and worrying about things that with a change of perspective could be managed differently. I have benefited from her sessions as I can control my thoughts and not focus on my pain a little better than before. And I have the knowledge to work further to help my anxiety.

Thank you Emma. These sessions are great, the MP3 to play to while I go to sleep is very relaxing and it doesnβt take me long at all anymore to fall asleep. I am amazed at how well these sessions have helped me with my anxiety around driving. Emma delivers the sessions really well and the communication is very good. Itβs very comfortable to be able to have the sessions from home as well. I have had therapy for my anxiety before but itβs never helped and I am Truely amazed at the difference hypnotherapy has done for me. I will definately be recommending you to others.

I found hypnotherapy with Emma really useful. We had our sessions over teams and she made me feel incredibly comfortable. We would always check in before the session and see how the week was and she always offered advice on how to make things that little bit better. The hypnotherapy itself I found had really helped me build some new habits and also get rid of some old ones. Iβve found myself being a lot more conscious sometimes of the things Iβm doing and how I feel about myself and this has especially helped me get back on track with my fitness and wellbeing. I would definately recommend Emma to others!

Since having the hypnotherapy my fear of spiders is so much better, before I couldnβt even be in the same room as a small spider, now I am able to touch small spiders without feeling scared. I spent a few weeks working with Emma to try and tackle a phobia that I'd been dealing with for as long as I can remember using hypnotherapy. Whilst itβs difficult to tell fully if the phobia has gone as itβs not something youβd encounter everyday, I havenβt had a nightmare about it, nor have I had any thoughts like I used to about the phobia I have.
The sessions were very relaxed and I felt at ease with Emma and her approach immediately, I in fact drifted off once during the listening section. The work I needed to do throughout the week in between sessions were simple and easy and didnβt take up much time at all. I feel as though the sessions actually helped in other ways too, I felt myself feeling noticeably more confident in certain situations after the weekly sessions I had with Emma. The skills I picked up and the methods used are things I would be able to look back on and go over again very easily.
I knew very little about hypnotherapy before the sessions with Emma, but would now have no problem recommending someone to give it a go and let them know that itβs not in anyway as daunting or confusing as some would think. Part of me wants to come face to face with this phobia and see how I deal with it now compared to how I know I would have before. I certainly feel a lot more confident in theory as to how I would react, which canβt be a bad thing.

I will definately be using hypnotherapy with Emma Jane again. I will be recommending Emma to others for quitting vaping or smoking which is what I had help with and hypnotherapy for.

Emma is very patient during her sessions. They do not feel rushed and she takes her time going through your goals and what you want to achieve from the session. She has a soothing voice and is softly spoken which when you are in your session can relax you almost immediately.

I have just completed my 6th session with Emma Jane and she has helped me with my lack of confidence when public speaking. I can honestly say that I saw and felt a change from session 4. The knowledge and techniques Emma used put me totally at ease and listening to her recording at bedtime is something I will continue to do. Emma helps you connect to your inner self and I no longer doubt myself or feel the same way I did.
